We would expect to be able to comfortably exceed these minimum standards most of the time.
It is currently our general policy, whenever possible, to offer a "next day" shipping service for all orders received before 14:00 hours.
Please note that for certain geographical regions of the United Kingdom, 2 or 3 days delivery will be the quickest service available.
Shipping Methods
Orders are processed, at the latest, within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within a maximum of 2 business days thereafter, unless we notify you otherwise.
Orders are shipped by Royal Mail or by our preferred courier or recorded delivery service where this has been selected.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.
Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Public Holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or an a Public Holiday will be processed on the next available business day.
Orders are estimated to arrive, at the very latest, within three working days (Monday through Friday), if the order is made on a weekday before 14:00 hours.

Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive to satisfy the expectations we set before our customers. However, some shipping delays are unavoidably beyond our control, such as inclement weather and delivery error.
In order to ensure your order arrives promptly and accurately, please help us by reviewing all of the information you have supplied to us, before submitting an order and prior to us beginning to process it.
Please make especially sure that the shipping address you give is accurate, particularly the postcode; we cannot be held responsible for any incorrectly supplied addresses, which subsequently result in a failed delivery.
If an item is returned to us in such a case, then you the customer will be fully responsible for the initial shipping and handling charges, in addition to repeat shipping charges, should the goods require to be re-sent to the correct address.
Occasionally, an item will be out of stock.
We will inform you straight away if an item is out of stock and the expected lead time for re-stocking. Where more than one item has been ordered, we will part-ship all other available items without delay and complete the remaining order as soon as stock is received.
International shipping
Currently, all international shipping must be confirmed by a separate e-mail after selecting the "Collect from Shop" option when checking-out. We will then e-mail the shipping price and estimated delivery by return and await your acceptance before taking payment.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before making a purchase.
